Responsible for the performance of the following:

· Maintenance of all staff and student record

· Preparation of inventory of branch and checking weekly

· Office timing of all staff in the branch

· Administration and maintenance of the respective school

· Implementation of J.D and policies of Grade-4 staff

· Responsible for appointment, employee record and leave record of Aya, Guard, Sweeper and Gardner. He has to train, assign tasks, and check performance and uniform as well.

· Responsible for record and maintenance of CCTV camera, security instruments and arms of Guard

· General staff like Aya, Sweeper, Guard and Gardener are under the supervision of School Superintendent. It is the responsibility of superintendent to train and assign duties and to check their performance, attendance record and acceptance or rejection of their leave then ensure that they are in proper uniform

· Preparation of daily Head Office report

· E-mail correspondence with Head Office

· Staff attendance record

· Record of the whole staff

· Students’ record

· Postal record

· All fee records.

· Maintenance of new admission files.

· To send daily new admission report to Head Office

Skills

Retired for Army, Navy, Air Force. Work experience from reputed Organization.

Good communication skills, good typing speed, computer expert in Ms word, Ms excel and in-page
