Azee Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. requires enthusiastic and dynamic Receptionist. Candidate must be groomed, confident and able to work independently. The incumbent will be responsible for following:
- Managing Reception Desk and PABX
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
- Ensure that general office reception and guests’ coordination services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
- Answer all incoming calls, handle caller inquiries and relay telephone & fax messages to the concerned employees/departments
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- General administrative and clerical support
- Maintaining appointment and visitor’s record
