This leadership role will oversee all talent management and other HCM programs across Cyber Internet Services (Pvt.) Limited business. The primary focus for this role will be to lead a world class HCM function. This individual will be directly involved with talent acquisition, talent development and management, learning and organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, communication, compensation and benefits. Ultimately, this executive will support the goals and objectives of the business by effectively managing and administering Human Resources policies and programs. Some of the job responsibilities of the VP Human Capital Management are, but not limited to the following:

1. Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and to the senior leadership team focused on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to recruit, develop and retain the very best forward-thinking talent in the business.

2. Oversee all stages of the restructuring process from planning and assessing the current state to successful implementation.

3. Direct the human resources organization to develop and execute best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a high-performing workforce that contributes to the organization’s strategic growth.

4. Oversee all compensation and benefits programs and aligning those with the business objectives.

5. Create a compelling talent acquisition process and effective on boarding to ensure that high quality talent is attracted to all business segments and corporate functions. Maximize the efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness of the recruiting process.

6. Develop a human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives by implementing systems, processes and best practices that are scalable across the organization. Provide proactive, strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align across the business.

7. Develop and administer a learning and development effort tailored to the needs of the business and ensures appropriate developmental programs add value to the business.

8. Anticipate key business issues and ensure that exceptional human resource consultancy service is delivered to business teams.

9. Ensure that all internal employee communication is appropriately delivered and cascaded across the business.

10. Serve as the Human Resources functional leader and lead a strong, best in class, human resource team.

11. Ensure that human resources costs and services are aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

· Demonstrated leadership of a talent agenda that contributed to organizational growth.

· Demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, change management and influencing skills.

· Demonstrated and effective communication and relationship building skills at all levels in an organization.

· Human resources leadership experience in which business knowledge and focus was valued and demonstrated.

· MBA or relevant Master’s level from a reputed university is required.

· SPHR or other HR certifications also desirable
