Responsibilities for an Accounts Officer role include:
· Data entry of pay orders and account payables for E-TeleQuote Pvt.
· Payments/Cheques preparation for vendors of E-TeleQuote Pvt.
· Dealing with day to day bank related activities.
· Statutory requirements of forms and tax matters filings.
· Preparation of monthly payroll for E-TeleQuote Pvt. (including cheques/bank transfers).
· Monthly preparation of Bank reconciliation statements and account payables aging.
· Updating and maintenance of fixed assets register of E-TeleQuote Pvt.
· Conversion of PDF commission statements in to required Excel format.
· Initial validation of Commission statements & Dialer data.
· Consolidating historical commission statements since launch till date & verification (for agency bloc).
· Manual mapping of Commission statements, (if) required in Agency bloc, based on Policy holder particulars.
· Loading of CRM data & Commission Statements in Agency Bloc system.
· Historical sales data verification- (duplication checks, errors identification).
· Follow-ups with IT for timely extraction of reports.
