PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ideas Unlimited LLC is a US based remote company and we are looking to hire people in our HR department from Pakistan.

This is a 'work from home' opportunity at your night hours (details below).

REQUIREMENTS:

1) ENGLISH:

PLEASE do not apply if you can't speak English fluently. You will be interviewing candidates from US and Philippines on Skype so you must be able to speak English well. We prefer those who have lived abroad for few years.

2) SCHEDULE:

7 pm to 4 am Pakistan time with one hour of break, Monday to Friday.

3) SKILLS:

Must have a background in HR or recruitment. You will be trained on our processes and systems but must have basic knowledge of recruitment.

4) EQUIPMENT:

Working computer

4 mb internet (stable)

5) WORK ETHIC:

Must be able to follow instructions

Must be able to take positive critism


You will sign an agreement from our legal team when you come on board and we will monitor you using our monitoring software so you will not be allowed to work on any other job when you are working for us.
