Net Tech (pvt) Ltd, a UK based IT & BPO firm we are in the business for last 15 years providing 24/7 IT and Customer Support services to its offshore client. For our in-bound Call Centre Department, we are currently looking for young, energetic and result oriented professionals. Candidates must have extensive experience of inbound customer support campaigns (Cab Call Project will be preferred). Competitive salary and good working environment is provided. Individuals will have to receive 40-50 inbound calls per day.
Skills
• Excellent computer operating skills.
• Hard worker, Honest, punctual, regular & positive attitude
• Able to work at night (11PM - 8AM)
• Manage Inbound calls (Minicab Project) cab booking from customer and assign to concerns
• Excellent salary package plus the bonuses
• Familiar with work ethics.
• Ability to learn quickly and the desire to grow in the company.
• Flexible with working hours (Morning/ Evening/ Night).
• Self motivator and out of the box thinker.
