· To greet walk-in customer and provide complete information about required OCS services

· To book shipment upon standard tariff and forward as per prescribed SOP of booking & forwarding.

· To meet assigned sales target to express centre

· To ensure that express centre is opened and closed as per scheduled time

· To maintain issuance & usage record of stationary, boxes, envelops, CN Books, bar codes and other inventory items

· To submit sales payments and booked shipments on daily basis to operations team.

· To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of express centre outlet at all times

· To deal walk-in client for their booked shipment delivery status and liaison with CS / Network admin department for resolution of their complaints / queries

· To prepare daily sales report and manifest of booked shipments for forwarding.

· To provide support to Audit department for audit purpose, whenever required
