Female Customer Service workers needed, on a recurring contracts of 6 months. Mostly office work including customer database, registration, handling and answering customer quierries. Some sales work will be expected.
Work will mosty include (but not limited to)
- Handling customer quierries, (phone and e-mail aswel)
- Maintaining office paperwork - registration and controlling correct accounting
- Maintaining customer database (Software training will be given)
- Making customer reservations and orders (Software training will be given)
Required set of skills:
- Excelent knowledge of computers (Windows, Office, Excel, e-mail)
- Good typing speed
- Excellent knowledge of Urdu and English (Both written and spoken)
- You must be able to work on your own as wel as in team
- Outgoing, patient and polite in your communication to customers
- Solution oriented.
- Organized, and presice on office timings.
